Server clan main menu!

Heres the new main menu for our server:
-Connection buttons are now centered in the middle of the screen, I did this to make it more unique.
-The cursor is now a white dot for easier navigation.
-The background is now black so no other pk3 file will over write it.
Put this pk3 in both etmain and etpub by copying and pasting.
This will be uploaded to the server ASAP so when anyone joins they autodownload it.
